Agendas and Minutes
Find out about official City business by checking out the meeting agendas and minutes associated with the City Council and the City’s various boards and commissions.
- Agendas are listed on the Website Calendar. If you believe there is a posting error, or you have a question pertaining to information on this page, please contact City Hall.
- All Agendas are posted 72 hours prior to the meeting. Notices which must be advertised are published in the Official City Paper.
- Completed minutes are usually available a month after the meeting date, allowing time for review, adoption, and posting of the final version.

- Should you wish to address the members of the City Council during a meeting, you will need to sign-up to speak before the meeting and turn in said form to the City Secretary. Once form has been turned in you will be called upon during the appropriate time to address the Council.
