    Connect/Disconnect applications need to be turned in at least 48 hours in advance. Date of connect/disconnect request needs to be Monday through Friday, unless it falls on a holiday. Please e-mail all forms and include a copy of your photo ID to [email protected] or bring to City Hall, 146 W McCart Street, Krum TX, 76249.

    Hours of operation: Mon – Thur 7:30 am – 5:00 pm. Friday 7:30 am to 11 am.
