The City of Krum, through its Economic Development Boards offers incentives for new and expanding businesses creating primary jobs for the Community. The incentives offered will vary based on a number of factors.

The Marketplace & Growth

If you are looking for a strategic location, then Krum, Texas welcomes you to be positioned 5 miles west of I-35 and 6 miles from Rayzor Ranch, opened in 2009, which when completed will feature over 800,000 square feet of retail anchored by Sam's Club and Wal-Mart SuperCenter. The Marketplace will also feature additional big box retailers, junior anchors, specialty retailers, restaurants and financial/professional services.

Krum is excited to participate in the amazing growth of this region, yet still offer the luxury of a real "home town" atmosphere with an outstanding School District which just finished an Early Education Center (with employee daycare); Football Field/Stadium and Performing Arts Building. Experience the peace of mind you long for, the sense of community you enjoy, and the excitement of the metroplex just a short distance away.
