COVID-19 Update: June 4, 2020 – The court office is open and seeing defendants in person. We are kindly asking that a face mask be worn, and we may ask  that you wait outside should we have more than one person in the lobby. All cases that were originally set for court between March 25, 2020 and May 31st, 2020 are currently being rescheduled and new notices are being mailed out. The notice will contain a specific date and time for which you are to appear by in order to dispose of your citation.

We are adhering to the guidelines set by the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention), local and state authorities.

If you are over age 65 or an individual with a serious underlying health conditions such as high blood pressure, chronic lung disease, diabetes, obesity, asthma, and your immune system is compromised such as by chemotherapy for cancer or other conditions requiring such therapy, please contact the court so that we can make accommodations for your court appearance. 

We appreciate your understanding as we move forward while providing the most efficient quality of service during this time. 

The Municipal Court meets on the 1st Tuesday of the month at 6 p.m. at City Hall for the general docket.

Fines may be paid at City Hall from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday (closed for lunch between 1 and 2 p.m.) and 7:30 to 11 a.m. on Friday.
